Hotel overall was very good and in an excellent location in the heart of the Albaicin region. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, fresh linen and towels every day. Air conditioning very effective. Bed very comfortable enabling excellent sleep . Our trip was for our wedding anniversary and we had bubbly in our room which we thought was a nice touch. Plenty on offer for breakfast for all tastes. We had requested a room with a view of the Alhambra and believed there would be two comfortable chairs to sit and look at this view in the evening as per the photographs on the hotel website. However our room, although nice , had a side view of the Alhambra and no comfy chairs only hard back chairs at the desk. Due to this being a special occasion we asked about the room, the staff kindly showed us two other rooms that we could move to between guests. Although they had direct view of the Alhambra there were no comfy chairs either so we decided to stay in our original room. We believe the picture on the website was of the suite which was slightly misleading. Overall lovely long weekend. Thank you

Staff were very helpful and friendly, giving great advice on where to go/how to get about. We were only there for an overnight but were able to leave luggage before and after checking in/out which gave us plenty of time to enjoy Granada. Lovely little hotel, fairly easy to get to. We had hired a car and followed the hotel instructions on parking in the town centre and took a cab to the hotel. There's a taxi rank right next to the car park so that was easy and because the hotel is in the old medieval town the taxi was ideal. The cab driver knew exactly where to go. There's also a discount on parking that the hotel provide. Breakfast was good and opened a little earlier than usual for guests who needed it...we (along with most guests) were going to an early tour of the Alhambra (which is magnificent and can be seen from the hotel) so it was really helpful that they opened breakfast a bit earlier. All in all a lovely trip that was enhanced by a lovely little hotel and terrific staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It is such a beautiful, historical building. There was a little cafe connected to the hotel and there was outside seating to the side of the hotel - a sun trap - we enjoyed sitting in the sun having a coffee right by our hotel. The location was just brilliant - we were alongside the walls of the Mosque/Cathedral. The river was just across from us. Our room was fantastic. We had a lovely bathroom too. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet and could be completely dark with the shutters etc. We had a kettle and full tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good - lots to choose from - savoury and sweet. We just loved this hotel.

The hotel was so well situated for easy walking to lovely restaurants and shops all within the Albayzin. We had wonderful views of the Alhambra from our room. Our room was comfortable and clean. Ana was very helpful at reception for dinner reservations and a fantastic recommendation for Flamenco dancing. The hotel serves a nice breakfast. The overall charm of the mudejar style building was unique and delightful. The hotel is well renovated. Taxis do pickup right at the street below the hotel steps which was convenient.

Amazing breakfast, and very friendly helpful staff...we had a bi-level room which was great for a family of 4. Upper level got a bit hot as it was 36 degrees outside, but lower level was very comfortable. Our room was very conveniently located as we could walk to the Alhambra, as well as walk to the centre of town and to many excellent restaurants. Reserved an Alhambra guided tour and would highly recommend as it was one of the highlights of our trip. We have stayed here before and we will come back again!
